The Next Model Network makes available a variety of products and services through the Next Model Network (collectively, the "Products and Services") subject to these General Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). In addition, there are a variety of special products and services offered through the Next Model Network that have separate registration procedures and separate terms and conditions, terms of service, user agreements, or similar legal agreement. When you are using any service or product on the Next Model Network that does not have a separate legal agreement, the Terms and Conditions set forth here will apply. The Next Model Network also may supplement the Terms and Conditions with posted guidelines or rules applicable to specific areas of the Next Model Network. In addition, the Next Model Network also may offer other services from time to time that are governed by the terms of service of the respective service partners.

By using the Products and Services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any individual Next Model Network web site, Product or Service. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions. the Next Model Network maintains this Site for your personal entertainment, information, education, and communication. Please feel free to browse the Site. You may download material displayed on the Site for non-commercial, personal use only provided you also retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. You may not, however, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post, or use the content of the Site for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio and video without the Next Model Network written permission.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Next Model Network provides a variety of free and paying online services including but not limited to email, home pages, professional directories, online portfolios, accessible through various URL's including but not limited to nextmodel.com and its affiliate sites (nextmodel.net and modelgallery.net Web Sites"). These services are usable by all registered users and may be viewed by non-registered users, with the exception of the paying services that are limited to paying members only but may be viewed by non-registered users. Modeling agency scouts using the Next Model Network Agency Services (hereinafter "Professional Members") may also be able to view your online portfolio.
The Next Model Network is not a Talent Agency. The Next Model Network does not represent you or its members as an agent, manager or otherwise. By paying the applicable membership fee, you are paying for membership to Next Model Network of web sites, the right to post your online Portfolio on Nextmodel.net and access various Next Model Network paying member-only services. Your Nextmodel.net portfolio may be seen by Professional Members who use The Next Model Network's services. Professional Members who use Nextmodel.net's services may be charged a commission or fee related to their use of the Nextmodel.com service but Next Model Network members are not charged any commission or fee related to their employment received from Professional Members through The Next Model Network. The Next Model Network does not offer services directly related to any member's future employment, and The Next Model Network does not take any commissions or other fees from its members in connection with any employment a member might obtain. Accordingly, you are responsible for the applicable membership fee regardless of whether or not you secure work and/or are contacted by a Professional Member.
REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY
Certain of the Products and Services will require the user to register and provide certain data. In consideration of use of such Products and Services, in registering and providing such data, you represent and warrant that: (a) the information about yourself is true, accurate, current, and complete (apart from optional items) as required by various Next Model Network registration forms ("Registration Data") and (b) you will maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or the Next Model Network has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Next Model Network has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Products and Services.
All Next Model Network registrations become the exclusive property of the Next Model Network, its affiliates and subsidiaries. the Next Model Network reserves the right to use and reuse all registration and other personally identifiable user information subject to the the Next Model Network Privacy Policy. Users may edit, update, alter or obscure their personally identifiable information at any time by following the instructions located in the Next Model Network Privacy Policy and at individual Next Model Network sites.
REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In order to use Next Model Networks resources, you must obtain access to the world wide web, pay any service fees associated with such access, and supply all equipment necessary to make a connection with the World Wide Web.
By using any of Next Model Networks services, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service's registration form and (b) maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. The Next Model Network has the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate the above or if the Next Model Network has reason to believe that you have violated the above.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Next Model Network or any other party, involved in creating, producing, maintaining or delivering the Site, or any of their affiliates, or the officers, directors, employees, shareholders, or agents of each of them, be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation any direct, special, incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages, and on any theory of liability whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of, or your browsing in, or your links to other sites from, this Site.
Unaffiliated Products and Sites. Descriptions of, or references to, products, publications or sites not owned by the Next Model Network or its affiliates do not imply endorsement of that product, publication or site. the Next Model Network has not reviewed all material linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any such material. Your linking to any other sites is at your own risk.
Communications with this Site.

By submitting pictures to Next Model Network or any of it's websites, you hereby assign and grant Nextmodel.com and Next Model Networks the right and permission to use and or publish photographs or likeness of you for the purposes of promotion, advertising or display, in all forms of media. You hereby release and discharge NextModel.com and Next Model Networks from any liability stemming from the publishing of said photos, including, but not limited to, copyright infringement or piracy. You further discharge NextModel.com and Next Model Networks from any and all liability for damages caused by any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form of said picture which may occur during the taking , processing, or production of said picture or the finished product. You hereby certify that you are over 18 years of age, or, in the alternative, that your parent or guardian gives their express consent to you entering in this release.

Unless otherwise noted, product names, designs, logos, titles, text, images, audio and video within this Site are the trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights or other property (Intellectual Property) of NextModel.Com and Next Model Networks.
